Other platforms like Zenefits, Rippling, etc have better, more friendly interfaces - the customer service and support team may make this platform worth it for most.
Does what it says, gives you access to important employee information and allows you to adjust time cards, PTO, etc...
The learning curve is a bit steep, still a legacy system, and pricing is not very competitive compared to other alternatives out there but for large companies & corporations this may be one of the better systems.

With Rippling, we spend so much less time fixing problems than we used to with the big payroll providers. The system natively and easily integrates with G Suite, Expensify, health insurance, worker's comp, and a variety of other services. This allows us to focus on building the business rather than payroll and HR.
This is, by far, the easiest and most intuitive payroll and HR software that I've used. Doing the initial setup took a mere 3 hours compared to literally months of setup time for ADP Workforce Now or Ceridian Dayforce HCM. Rippling does what they say they're going to do and they seem to do it very well. Direct deposits have been making it successfully into accounts so far!!!
I'm not a big fan of team-based email support, but that's pretty much the only option they provide. While I don't feel they're leading me astray, I also don't feel like they intimately know the needs of my company. I'm also a little concerned about the longevity of a company that is probably running off of venture capital, but it is a risk I am very willing to take to not have the frustration of one of the big payroll companies, who have software that is difficult to use and often screwed up payroll runs.

I've had a good experience overall. No complaints.
It's easy to use, reminds you of important things to do by a deadline, and notifies you of all changes made, sign-on security.
I don't have any cons about this platform as I am just a workforce user.

My overall experience has been an outstandingly positive one. Rippling has exceeded all my expectations. The software is easily the best one that I have used so far.
The payroll and benefits administration features are favorite of mine. I have used ADP NOW, Ceridan, Paycom and Paychex and Rippling is the most user friendly software among the ones I listed above. Also, Rippling makes benefits administration a walk in the park.
I love all the features that I have used so far. I can't find anything that I don't like about the software.

I love the look and feel of the system. It is very easy to navigate, both as an administrator and user. I love how quickly things can get done. Processing payroll, importing time, etc. is quicker than any other system I've used (Paylocity, Workforce Now, QB Assisted).
Implementation was a bit difficult and time consuming. But once completed, well worth the slight struggle.

We just completed Open Enrollment at our company. Using Ripplings I was able to do this within a few minutes, with a better understanding of pricing/cost and plan coverages than I've ever had. I also have 100% access to my payroll/compensation in the click of a button and I understand it better than I ever have before.
Not much not to like. It is clean, robust, and easier than my experience using Workday and ADP.

Super cool platform and makes it easy for users and administrators to use to manage their workforce.
I really like using rippling because it's super easy to navigate and find exactly what you're looking for. Everything is listed out in a organized manner, and it takes less than 2 minutes to find what I'm looking for.

Overall it was ok. I would not bad mouth dinnertime wanting to purchase it; however, I still prefer adp.
It did offer a lot of features which was nice. The overall GUI was nicely designed and easy enough to use.
I did not like that ripplingneeded to download hardware to the computer and have a background running at all times. This is one of the main reasons we switched away from rippling

Rippling offers the best and most comprehensive service at the lowest price. I've used Zenefits, Gusto, ADP, and others, and Rippling really is the best so far.
The software is 90% there on helping set up payroll in other states. I think the real issues lays with the actual state agencies and how difficult it is to set up payroll there as an out of state entity, but Rippling could make it slightly easier with more content letting users know what to do.

We were using ADP as our HRIS system and Rippling has replaced that tool but also manages IT, Onboarding, and beyond. We absolutely love it.
This is my first time using Rippling and I honestly don't have all the words to describe how much I love the product. It's incredibly easy to use and makes our job so much easier. We recently implemented and everyone loves it already.
Nothing has been difficult at all, but with any new tool there is a bit of a learning curve to customize it to fit your specific needs.
