WorkZerk is onboarding and document collection built on a contacts database. Where a form builder stores stateless submissions, WorkZerk binds every answer, file and signature to a persistent person record with its own history, expiry dates and re-request logic.

HOW IT WORKS

You assemble a portal from typed request blocks: document upload, short or long text, single or multi choice, a field that writes straight through to a contact property, terms with e-signature, and tasks or checklists the person ticks off.

Header blocks group them into sections. Conditional sections gate what appears, either on an earlier answer or on membership of a named cohort, combinable with AND. Required blocks hold the submit gate until they are satisfied.

Each person gets a tokenised link. No account, no password, nothing to install. Portals are mobile-first and the planner side updates live over server-sent events rather than polling.

DOCUMENT LIFECYCLE

Set an expiry date on any uploaded document, and WorkZerk reminds the person who holds it:

- Before it expires.

- After it expires.

- After it's rejected, until they upload a replacement.

You choose when reminders go out, for example 30, 14 and 3 days before expiry. Each reminder is sent once, and they all stop as soon as a new document is uploaded.

Reviewers approve or reject each document and give a reason. Saved responses keep feedback consistent.

When someone e-signs, WorkZerk records the exact version of the terms they signed. If you edit the template later, the signed version stays the same.

ADMIN AND REPORTING

Custom contact fields, tags, team groupings, bulk invites, self-registration links and QR codes, per-account vocabulary, and full white-label branding on everything the onboardee sees. Reports filter and export to CSV. Every outbound email is logged with delivery status.

SECURITY

Two-step sign-in (2FA). Along with their password, people can enter a code from an authenticator app on their phone. Backup codes get them in if they lose the phone.

Protection against password guessing. An account locks after too many wrong password attempts.

Protection against hijacked clicks. Another website can't trick your browser into making changes in WorkZerk while you're signed in.

Built-in browser protections. WorkZerk tells your browser to block common web attacks. It can't be hidden inside another website, and pages opened from a share link don't pass their address on to other sites.

Private files. Uploaded files have no public links. Each time someone opens a file, WorkZerk checks they're allowed to see it.

Full edit history. Every change to a request is saved as a permanent record, so you can always see what it said before.

Nothing left behind on shared computers. Files opened in WorkZerk aren't saved on the computer or phone they were viewed on. On a shared site-office PC, the next person can't see them afterwards.

Automatic clean-up. Approved documents can be set to delete themselves after a number of days you choose. You keep personal information like licences and ID only as long as you need it.

Nothing to install. WorkZerk works in any web browser. You can also add it to your phone's home screen, where it opens like an app, with no app store download.
