Very intuitive, easy to use, robust capabilities and the SF team are fantastic partners.
Getting used to the different graphs, reporting, building reports can be tricky at first.
We have never had any of our questions unanswered/unexplained. I am beyond grateful for all of his help, time and patience.
Overall Storeforce really had potential however it wasn't compatible with our staffing schedules and therefore it felt too rigid to change it.
The task management feature is where I found the best advantage; it's simple to assess accomplishments and plan the numerous duties retail establishments must perform.
As out sales targets are based on LFL but can differ depending on various other factors I found Storeforce was too rigid when generating schedules.
The overall experience with StoreForce is excellent, given the best in class service we've received.
Software had tendency to freeze often, not sure if that is something that is software related and needing to be updated.
Storeforce was able to accommodate our requests and were very quick to implement. The application is easy to use, intuitive and has given us greater visibility to our scheduling than we have ever had.
I think the overall platform is very user-friendly and I had a great experience with the training portion as well.

What I miss are a few different "ready-made packages" with proven surveys that may be relevant in a company.
Eletive is an amazing system and overall I am impressed by its features and functionalities and that it is so easy to use.
The feature regarding harassment and bullying could be improved. It is a crucial area to keep track of for any organization and should be as simple as possible to keep track of.
Great support and help all the way from a very competent and serviceminded team. We experience that we have the possibility to influence on further development of the tool, which is great.
Eletive is user-friendly and very easy to implement. We love the emphasis on self-leadership and active employeeship and the support that Eletive provides for our managers in their work.

The knowledgebase is a great idea when you need help quickly. The report builder function is my personal favourite as I am able to bring data together in a meaningful way to be presented.
There was a lack of quality checking, and actually even now there are little things that keep cropping up. It's very disappointing and frustrating.
Super customisable, great customer service and fantastic reporting features.
It is not very intuitive, for annual reviews and goal setting they are very basic and often makes me resubmit and I have lost information many times.
Natural HR were very supportive, we received the same attention and support during the implementation that we received during the sales pitch - that makes a big difference.
Terrible, our business swapped as soon as we were able to.
This system was the first that met the majority of our requirements while being budget friendly, which is extremely important to us as a charity.
Unsophisticated functionality. Data sets easily confused.
We liked the overall functionality of the software, it's layout and user friendliness.
Poor systems performance, contract management and no Customer Services or accountability from them when they cannot deliver a working solution.
The interface is simple to use and logical. The online support is fantastic and most questions are answered immediately.

The tool is quite flexible and good at doing what is supposed to do - recognition and rewards. It's well supported and has been adopted well by our team.
The access is very difficult. You get session timeouts on the app frequently and have to go again and login, go thru the company security interface etc.
I love the platform to share recognition. It has lots of great features for pulling reports.
There are a few areas that aren't flexible but they were deal breakers. Sometimes employees recognize people for doing things that aren't exceptional.
Beyond that, the platform and its features are constantly evolving and improving, based on recognition and engagement best practices, to ensure it captivates its users' attention.
It isn't really a con but I feel the program offers a lot more than I understand. I find myself wanting to do things with this platform that I am not sure how to do.
