It helps users engage with colleagues by liking and commenting on notice board posts, quickly access fillable PDF forms such as deposit slips or tax forms, and communicate with team members via messages. The career center helps hiring managers post job vacancies across corporate websites and collect resumes from suitable candidates. Administrators can configure role-based permissions and assign, schedule, and manage employee performance reviews based on business roles.

iTacit enables enterprises to create training courses for staff members, store relevant documents in a centralized repository, and track the progress of trainees on a centralized platform.
