The platform allows case managers to create case records and alerts, customize forms, complete scheduled tasks, track activity history, generate reports, export data, and more.

With ACUITYnxt, users can manage cases from anywhere through their desktop, laptop, or tablet. Customizable screen templates let users adapt screen designs over time as regulations change, without losing data. To streamline case management, ACUITYnxt includes features such as auto-complete searches and record carousels for quick access. The built-in workflows are designed to match how case managers organize and manage their cases.

ACUITYnxt allows users to add notes and attachments to cases, capture consent, create alerts, reconcile medications, and more. The ACUITYnxt platform is secured with end-to-end encryption, audit histories, member-level controls and role-based security, and hosted in HITECH and HIPAA compliant data centers. APIs allow users to connect ACUITYnxt to third party software such as electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
