Pros

I love the ease of use and the functionality of this program. I also like the options of filing and organizing within the program.
I enjoy the tasks that you can place inside each activity to remind you of your step in the process. The home screen is amazing to work off of everyday.
Systems and I think in the long run - this is my favorite. It did take me a solid few weeks to feel comfortable using this system though.

Pros

Cons

Sometimes when it is stalling or not working correctly we literally can't do anything until it is fixed. We depend very much on this system.
The certificate process is redundant. The box checking is ridiculous.
That being said, I do believe Applied has helped eliminate the reporting frustration through their Applied Analytics tool.
