Locating certain  customer (ie dependents on a policy) and having to use dashes and choosing the phone number option to locate someone.

I wish that options we do not use were able to be saved away vs having on our screen.

I need to be able to insert categories and on Jenesis Image need to be able to add names to where we can find items without having to go through all the images.
