Refunds, every step requiring multiple steps. When filling meds that are not in stock it would be nice to me able to choose dispense now on the medication tab or dispense later so that when the meds arrive we can print the label without having to disable the old rx and make a new one or else the cost is 0 dollars.

What I like the most about the detail it was the convenient and easy to use interface you have everything there at the glance you can reach everything from multiple places on the software itself and considering that it's an AI driven system makes the consultations way more easier than any other software

It may be slightly confusing at first that closing a sale no longer generates an invoice automatically, while the consultation medical record remains separate.

The platform has helped improve efficiency, reduce paperwork, and create a more connected experience for both staff and pet owners.

Maintaining this coordination will help prevent any gaps in the process and ensure accurate documentation and billing.

We selected Digitail to be the nucleus of major operational change and used it as a key part of our transition to a more modern, client-focused practice.

We have several serious issues i.e., cannot add or change client addresses, none of our client's open balances transferred over from our old HIPPO software which means $1000's of lost revenue.

The migration process was a bit difficult but that could also be because it was more difficult based on the software we previously came from.

The inventory module could be improved has far adding reorder points and reorder amounts.

As a result, some team members may need time to adapt to the new workflow and understand how these processes are now separated.

It’s been a strong fit for our workflow and has improved both our internal efficiency and the client experience.

I love how responsive the team is. If we have any issue, they are right there to help.

Right now, new entries only appear at the bottom and can not be moved and the whole plan needs to be re-created.

Online Booking: Now they have an embeddable widget to add to our website.

The customer service is top notch and everyone has been so helpful.

I do also wish we could create our own visit types to work with what we are used to.  

I have a love/hate relationship for Digitail.  

The inventory feature can sometimes be confusing in regard to entering and changing a product.

I've noticed after we have manually entered a client and patient into the system, if they then go enter themselves into the app it will create a duplicate and I do not have the power to merge them.

Quality UX: This is a veterinary software that feels modern. And that matters when onboarding and training new staff.

As a referral service, it is very important that our records are thorough and professional.

Clients seem to like the ease of use from their end.  

I actually look forward to doing my records.

We also really like how the treatments are so easily approved and declined within a SOAP note and then anything approved will automatically pull into the invoice.

There is a library of helpful guides and videos.

Once a person learns the basics of the software, most things become fairly intuitive.

The hardest thing the script labels you have to program and its not the easiest thing to do if you have never had to use programming keys.

It has been may years of using it and shaping it to the flow of our practice.

Several times now for puppies, when I hover over the appointment in easytime, it will say "12 weeks and 3 days", but in the medical record it says "16 weeks and 5 days".

I'd also like to be able to title my bloodwork, rather than clicking on all the various bloodworks run looking for a thyroid for example.

During creating a prescription you have to see what the last prescription was and which Dr. prescribed it, close that screen, create a new prescription and remember what the correct dosing instructions are to type them in. If you don’t remember, you have to cancel that screen and start over.

At this point it seems like they are letting the software die a slow death and have no plans to put any real capital into it - maybe trying to force people to switch to Pulse.

Covetrus impromed is very user friendly and more “old school” compared to other softwares I have previously worked with.

Overall it's not a bad program and if the inventory had been easier to use and had it still been supported since it got bought out, I would have kept it as a new business owner (bought an established practice).

I liked how you could see appointments that were marked as a no show or deleted.

Overall, the system works well if you do not want to move to being completely paperless.

The inventory management and reporting aspects of ImproMed are quite good.

so we have also had to throw in the towel on this, and not for lack of investing a signficant amount of time to try and get it working.  

Updates once a YEAR if you are lucky, and to install them is an absolute nightmare.

Issues with connectivity to Global Vet Link  

The medical record keeping definitely has room for improvement.

You have to cancel, take the call, remember which client you were working on before the phone call(s) and then you have to start over trying to complete that job.

It is very difficult to refill medications, in avimark you were able to refill straight from the chart by right clicking and hitting "refill" impromed is a little more difficult.

Business reports could be more comprehensive

Overall experience extremely positive, the program is easy to use and customizable to meet the needs of your clinic.

Simple shortcuts (like pressing Tab to move around) are not integrated into the version I am currently using.  

Editing that prescription refills amount or dosing instructions once saved is also problematic.

Its ability to color code and flag/label charts with different icons so that the staff knew what was going on with a patient/client without putting a huge alert on the account for clients to read.

It also links with many other programs offered by other Veterinary companies so we can easily offer rebates to be automatically sent out through Greenline, Carecredit is quick and easy through it, can be connected with most lab software.
