Refunds, every step requiring multiple steps. When filling meds that are not in stock it would be nice to me able to choose dispense now on the medication tab or dispense later so that when the meds arrive we can print the label without having to disable the old rx and make a new one or else the cost is 0 dollars.

I really struggle with Digitail's inefficiency compared to other veterinary software platforms like Avimark and Cornerstone, which are much more quick and simple, taking less time away from patient care to enter charges and other practice management tasks.

What I like the most about the detail it was the convenient and easy to use interface you have everything there at the glance you can reach everything from multiple places on the software itself and considering that it's an AI driven system makes the consultations way more easier than any other software

It may be slightly confusing at first that closing a sale no longer generates an invoice automatically, while the consultation medical record remains separate.

The platform has helped improve efficiency, reduce paperwork, and create a more connected experience for both staff and pet owners.

Maintaining this coordination will help prevent any gaps in the process and ensure accurate documentation and billing.

We selected Digitail to be the nucleus of major operational change and used it as a key part of our transition to a more modern, client-focused practice.

We have several serious issues i.e., cannot add or change client addresses, none of our client's open balances transferred over from our old HIPPO software which means $1000's of lost revenue.

The migration process was a bit difficult but that could also be because it was more difficult based on the software we previously came from.

The inventory module could be improved has far adding reorder points and reorder amounts.

As a result, some team members may need time to adapt to the new workflow and understand how these processes are now separated.

We have two clinics, but operate as one entity, that messes up our reminders.

It’s been a strong fit for our workflow and has improved both our internal efficiency and the client experience.

I FEEL LIKE THE PRIORITY OF WHAT GETS UPDATED ISNT REALISTIC TO WHAT WE NEED.

My Lead CSR had a completely different issue the other day and it was resolved in 5 minutes

It should be a choice if the user wants it in the menu or easy access.

I love that it is evolving and they take our suggestions serious so it keeps up with tech.  

They listen to our feedback and requests for feature updates.

I love how responsive the team is. If we have any issue, they are right there to help.

Right now, new entries only appear at the bottom and can not be moved and the whole plan needs to be re-created.

The customer service is top notch and everyone has been so helpful.

I do also wish we could create our own visit types to work with what we are used to.  

I have a love/hate relationship for Digitail.

With Weave, it's just a nightmare with the customer service and support. And guess what, any settings or setup you want to change, you only have to go through their customer support because whenever you make changes from their web portal, none of it gets actually reflected.

So in short, easy to use given everything is working correctly however customer service DOES NOT resolve the issues they claim to and apparently even if you do a "free trial" of any features, you're still going to get charged and then it's going to take MONTHS of back and forth to get the charges removed. And there is still no guarantee that they have been.
