Designed to help users plan manufacturing costs easily and accurately, LeanCost equips users with scientifically proven target costing formulas. With LeanCost’s target costing formulas, users can understand clearly the individual costs of their overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) losses. Furthermore, LeanCost includes a cost reduction suggestion system in order to encourage cost ownership and cost reduction in individual process owners.
To enhance the user-experience, LeanCost operates in three simple stages. The LeanCost process begins by determining the cost gap, thereafter users can review their cost savings model and generate progress reports based on the product’s manufacturing and financial performance. Moreover, LeanCost supports all Lean 6S, OEE, and process improvement teams based on return on investment (ROI).
