Mobile Office Manager’s scheduling and dispatching tools allow users to identify repeat calls, assign tickets to technicians, dispatch technicians based on their proximity to the job, and communicate with technicians in the field. The schedule board is color-coded to enable quick identification of job statuses. Customer information, financial transactions, and equipment service histories can be viewed, and users can manage multiple locations.
The built-in CRM and sales manager allows users to create and track opportunities, manage and assign follow-up tasks, generate estimates and proposals, and convert estimates into projects for winning bids. Material, labor, and other expenses can be managed for each project, and users can carry out job costing and analyze actual costs against budgets. Assets and inventory can be managed across multiple locations and warehouses. Purchase orders can be generated and assigned to projects. Users can also schedule automatic billing cycles, create journal entries, set up ledger reports, generate invoices, collect payments, and more.
