What is netPark?

netPark is a cloud-based parking management solution designed to help businesses streamline self-parking or valet operations across airports, garages, hospitals, restaurants, and other facilities. The application allows stakeholders to accept payments through various methods including debit or credit cards and automated clearing house (ACH) transfer as well as support license plate recognition (LPR) and lost ticket processing.

It enables organizations to handle reservation management, revenue tracking, and parking zone management processes via a unified platform. It helps employees run customer loyalty programs and validate vehicles by scanning tickets on vehicle dashboards. netPark also lets administrators generate custom reports, gain insights into customer data, and capture users’ electronic signatures.

netPark facilitates integration with various third-party platforms such as Got Parking, One Stop Parking, Spot Hero, Parking Panda, and more via the API. Other features include access control, an activity dashboard, automated alerts, damage tracking, event management, analytics, mobile access, payment processing, and user management.
