Where Novi AMS truly stands out as a company is that they genuinely WANT to improve their product and themselves - they listen to their customers, they think about what they can do to make their product what we need, and they are still at a size where they can and do try to treat every customer as an individual, rather than as a number being added to their bottom line. And to be clear, treating every customer as an individual and asking that all your employees try to keep that in mind is a decision - it is not something that automatically happens with small companies or something that you can state once as the mission of your company and just expect everyone to follow - this is something that someone somewhere in the company made an active decision about and then did their best to model the behavior they wanted.

The lack of customization options available on the Novi AMS was the least liked feature. While the system was easy to use and had many useful features, it lacked the customization options that some of its competitors did.

Nothing really - all items I've had trouble with have been resolved or explained better so that I could use it correctly.

NOVI staff is there with any questions or concerns and answers quickly.
