The demand of spare parts generated by jobs is based on the job status but doesn't coincide with reality (certain status generate demand when they shouldn't and vice versa)

Unfortunately, any extra function (purchasing, stock management, sales, etc) seems to have been implemented without consulting professionals of the area to understand their needs.

The customer gets confused when they see a "C" invoice they assume it's a credit when it is an addition to the invoice.

We have not yet upgraded to new versions and tiers of the software due to the high costs.

Considering how frequent it is to have multiple deliveries planned on a single order, this is an unforgivable oversight.

There is a lot to learn, so be prepared for it to take some time to get used to, and to train others to use the system.

It is easy to use and pretty easy to build the environment needed for our company and team and I love the reports.

The control I have over every aspect of each rental, my products, the pricing, the photos. being able to just change the date of an event for a returning customer, instead of having to put in a whole new order.

The first couple meetings were great and it seemed like a no brainer to go with them. After we paid and had our implementation team import all of our data, it was then up to us to figure it out.

We do not appreciate the current subscription model of the software.   When we initially joined we were able to purchase our user licenses or modules, now for additional users or modules we are leased them.

Many features have been updated and added and the ongoing updates following customer input and feedback are extremely helpful.  Being able to utilize the program in a "training mode" is also key when bringing on new personnel.

UI and UX requires a lot of back and forth between pages to accomplish fairly simple tasks such as finding invoices/barcodes.  

We used to use several different, non-integrated, software products to get our quoting, bookings and invoicing done.  

Now, calling in for support takes you to a switchboard and you often have to leave a message and wait for a reply, and due to the growth, it sometimes takes lengthy time to get the right support person to help resolve your issue.

Customer Support set up a folder for me to seamlessly export reports to and I keep having to call back because the pathway to that folder will be lost.

You add address and phone number of company and then contact person details which are the numbers and email you have already entered.  

They are thorough and helpful and overall easy to work with.

There are limitations in the payment processing and connecting that to our accounting that make it necessary for us to use work-arounds.

The only short comings I experienced with the software is that the excel downloads were not written to properly align column rentals.

However, after paying thousands of dollars for them to import all our data and give us training to run the software, we never received a working program after 8 months of going back and forth.

The software offers a much greater control over our equipment assets and out construction supply inventory.

They don't transfer smoothly, there is too much excess that is not needed and it takes too long to remove it for the reports to be efficient.

The ability to program and manage dynamic packages for our tent inventory was huge for us!

POR can be very slow and tedious to work with at times, and down right aggravating when File Maintenance decides to stop working in the middle of doing inventory with it.

I wish it would have integrated with Quickbooks online, we swapped to Quickbooks desktop thinking it would be an easier integrate, but we are still working out the bugs.

It contains a broad spectrum of Rental Management Reports, and functional reservation methodologies.

Looking up maintenance can also bug out and show an empty log that will not go away until entire window is closed.

I would like an option for equipment to go into a "hold" stage after it is returned instead of goig straight to green for available.
