PoolCarePRO offers a cloud-based software solution designed to meet the business management needs of small to enterprise-level swimming pool service providers. With pricing packages scaled to cater for growing user numbers, its centralized online deployment supports access across all web-enabled devices including mobiles. This allows all staff including back office managers, dispatch and field techs to interface with a browser-based UI that can be customized to reflect the role-based feature permissions of each user. PoolCarePRO then provides a detailed customer records database for keeping rich profiles holding contact details, service histories, multi-location sites, gate codes, pool photos, billing rates and more. Service notifications keep customers updated on service completion, chemical test results and treatments, with PoolCarePRO's included pre-formatted email templates. Records can be updated remotely by techs via the optimized mobile UI, logging chemical amounts administered etc, while other notable field features include inventory management, travel route planning and cost estimation.

Additional capabilities go on to include automated monthly billing with the generation of invoices and monthly statements for mail or email in a single click, along with integrated exportable reporting options for monitoring operational performance. PoolCarePRO users can also add optional services that begin with the paper-based printing and mailing of monthly invoices to customers. Secondly, the software can have extra payment processing added to handle manual or online transactions via credit card or check, thanks to its partnering with the Authorize.net merchant gateway.

PoolCarePRO is a cloud-based solution for pool service and maintenance companies, providing online cross-device access and centralized management of customer records.

Detailed customer profiles can be built to keep records of pool equipment, servicing histories, repair logs, gate codes etc to guide technicians, with the ability to attach photos of pools, equipment, entryways and more.

Email templates are provided for the issuing of automatic customer notifications on service completion, with the choice to include chemical test results, treatments rendered and latest pool status levels.

Premium add-on features are available including a paper mailing service for printing and mailing out invoices to customers, plus the option to add online payment processing facilities.

Gateway partnership with Authorize.net allows for online and manual payments, accepting credit cards and electronic checks, while phone and mail orders can be processed via the PoolCarePRO Virtual Terminal.
