What is Pool Brain?
PoolBrain was designed by two pool service company owners managing over 30 employees at a time with a combined 30 years experience in the industry.
Managers can easily identify patterns or issues in the form of automatic alerts, issue reports, graphs, photo galleries, charts and activity records. Supervisors can monitor chemical expenses that are automatically calculated, receive notifications about high usage levels and create job checklists with optional or mandatory items and custom schedules. You can view job statuses on a map in real time and handle technician no shows with ease on a drag-and-drop interface.
Multiple bodies of water is no problem with Pool Brain. Create as many as you want for as many properties as you want with custom names, color codes, types, service levels, prices, workflows and more.
2 way sync customer info with third-party systems including QuickBooks Online. Mobile app does not need a cell signal to function and is built for both Android and iOS devices. Gate codes, customer info and access info are shown in the right places at the right times automatically. Technician can view all jobs on an embedded Google map and optimize the route with one tap or manually rearrange with drag and drop. Reporting issues from the app with pictures and notes can be done in a couple taps.

There are a few things we would like more control/customization over (such as tracking filter type through pulling a report, notifications when tasks such as changing a filter element is due, etc.), but one thing I can say about PB is that they are constantly listening to feedback and rolling out updates and changes to bring those requests to life.
