What is TBW - Broker Management System?
The Broker's Workstation is a suite of insurance management applications designed to help businesses streamline underwriting, quoting, accounting, and policy management operations for property and casualty (P&C) brokers and agents. It includes various solutions including IntelliQuote, Customer Relationship Management, Broker Management Accounting, Commercial Policy Tools, and I-Client.
It provides an online customer portal, which allows clients to access brokerage accounts, print Pink cards, connect with brokers, and view active or expired policies, claim details, and other information. Commercial Policy Tools enables agents to customize entered data across policies and generate proposals using a built-in word processor. The Broker's Workstation's BMS is an accounting and reporting module, which lets businesses track transactions history, attach documents to transactions, and compare budget reports based on single or multiple months, quarters, or years.
It facilitates integration with Microsoft Outlook and web-based email services, allowing brokers to communicate with clients via emails from within the suite. Other features include account authorization, real-time rating, workflow tracking, customizable reporting, and more.
