This product has saved me HOURS of doing competitive quoting. It was the best decision our office has ever made.
Terrible reporting features, not able to run birthdays with everything else. Bad customer support/on boarding and training.
It’s better to call tech support with EZLynx than sending in a ticket through their automated reporting. This is a great tool that we are able to use to highly improve efficiency.
The support is not always timely when you need assistance on an error or updating data, you sometimes need to leave a message and wait for a call back.
Supports most carriers and best integration with them. Good intergration with HawkSoft and other agency management systems.
I cancelled it a while back. N ow I'm looking at switching to PL rater because they say their prefill works plus they have integration with mvrs to look up tickets and accident.
Overall, it was a great program. Tutorials were very helpful.
Trying to build a new report is even worse. The customer support for reporting is non-existent.
I liked the pricing and the features. I liked the fact that this is a simple industry specfice CMS.
Obtaining accurate reports is very difficult. They are often broken and will timeout during download.

I like the ability to save documents and keeps notes for years.
Several areas are described poorly or difficult to understand. Wording should be more customer-friendly.
I like that it has finally come together and is becoming more user friendly for me and my team.
Not sure if this is an internal problem, but it takes forever for system changes to be made when we have requests.
I like that you can pull reports for renewals, you can link your phone system to it for ease of calls.
The reports are useless and much of it never updates.
I do like that we can customize the features we want that cater to our business, since it's so niche. It has come a long way since we first started using the system.
Searches are hard and does not include "city" as a primary field to search.
This is impressive for a 20 year old MGA who has to deal with online sales, executive sales, producer sales, underwriting, customer classification, policy administration and claims.
Our management tells us changes are very costly so they have to prioritize.
We have been able to combine multiple systems into a single system. By having combining multiple system we are able to save money as well as reduce overhead.

Cloud based solution with customizations for my needs from vendor allowed us to downsize our IT staff and keep on top of cyber trends at a much better ROI.

They are personable and quick to respond. You feel connected to them and they seem eager to help you make the best use of their system.
Dashboard functionality was misleading. We moved to Enterprise for clients but it has taken us a year and we still don't have all of the dashboards our clients requested.
We have utilized JW Software for the past 20 years and they have been outstanding in all aspects.
Now we have to program upgrades in Legacy (for staff) and Enterprise (for clients). There is no mobile app for inured workers to access claim information.
FileHandler Enterprise - Best fit solution and amazing support staff.
We were hesitant to go with a smaller developer for future development, but that worry was for nothing. We couldn't be more pleased with how our experience with JW Software/FileHandler has been.
Filehandler supported our transition to paperless and allowed our users to work remotely. JW has great support staff.
The version we are on is now considered legacy, forcing a costly upgrade to a newer version in the future.
Very intuitive and user-friendly. JW has been wonderful with customizing features to suit our specific needs.

I have used FH since the mid 90s JW Software has been very responsive in adapting FH to increasingly demanding regulatory requirements and has implemented changes to suit our needs.
They are personable and quick to respond. You feel connected to them and they seem eager to help you make the best use of their system.

I really enjoy using BHQ and it is very user friendly. The customer service team is always ready to help whenever needed that's a huge plus.
It's inability to populate forms such as Surplus lines disclosures.
I love the intuitiveness of the system. It was very easy to learn how to use the functions I use on a daily basis.
My particular station is on a platform (right word?) that is in need of upgrading / updating and, as such, I am running into mechanical problems, but I assume a fix is coming.
It's user friendly interface, as well as it's ability to link with email.
As a daily user of BindHQ i can confidently say that it's a user friendly, efficient program to use.
It's a great way to keep files organized and to document all correspondence for any account.
The product is friendly for the end-user and pulling reports for analysis, bank reconciliations, & etc is easy as pie.

Overall, this team is talented, friendly, innovative and most of all offers a comfortable solution to small business CRM needs.
Very difficult to get into at first, once you get the hang of it then it is very easy. Until then, it can be frustrating.

Overall, this team is talented, friendly, innovative and most of all offers a comfortable solution to small business CRM needs.

The technical support team does a great job about helping with any questions or making changes to software to better serve agencies.
I started in the insurance business on jenesis and now all other systems are ruined for me.

Also one issue we have had problems with is when we go in to make a change it is not processed sometimes at the time it is done. Especially if a renewal offer is already in place.
This is very easy to use software. I liked the personal help you get from the Jenesis team.

It allows us to work from anywhere and have the crucial answers we need quickly for our client requests. We also appreciate the continual improvements that we all benefit from on an ongoing basis.

Our experience has been very good. It's been a great tool to have, and we've used it very frequently.
I have to click several links to get to it, which is annoying since it's one of only two features I use.
Absolutely pleased with it and the time that we save using it. The epay url for our clients that we can insert into emails is also a huge win.
It did take several days for us to know that an ACH transfer was denied because of non-sufficient funds.
Ease of implementation and continued use of the program has been fantastic, and the timeliness of the customer's payments getting routed to us is quick. I'm quite happy with ePayPolicy.
It does not pull from our client manager either. So insurers who have endorsements have to cancel and set up their payments again.
As the only vendor at the time which integrated with our Vertafore product I initially felt captive in selecting them, but they are a delight to work with and our customers love it as well.
The delay in receiving funds into our account once the client payment is made.
Like the ease, the speed, the service and the friendliness of Epays employees.
Overall we have had a great experience and like how much it has simplified receiving payments.

EPay Policy does a fantastic job of creating a payment portal for your agency to use in order to handle payments easily for clients. It will integrate with most AMS allowing for easier bookkeeping.

The certificate process and zip file generation is awesome, the id card generator is amazing, and the customer service is unbelievably better than I could have ever hoped for.
Nowcerts said this is a problem with the companies that are downloading but they are saying it is a problem with my management system.
It Is easy To Use And Good Response And Traking Software Product is very nice and helpful easy to simple.
Don't like how data pulls in with duplicate contents that have wrong info or lack info.
We like the features that NowCerts has. I feel like it could have major potential, its just a matter of figuring it out.
The accounting is confusing, too busy of appearance.
The reps, and everyone else, they all make sure you get what you need when you need it. More importantly, they all work with a smile on their face because they like what they do.
At a certain level, it loses its value...and you're willing to go back to something inferior just to teach them a lesson on how to treat a customer as something other than a checking account.
The NowCerts team is always working on making things better and are very helpful when we have issues with their system.

It is browser based as opposed to needing a downloaded application like many larger systems do. And the price point is very competitive.
It is easy to navigate through and is also mobile friendly for when you need to be on the go but still have access to your database.
It is completely user friendly and doesn't get hung up often like most software applications do.
