A flexible editor enables users without any HTML knowledge to develop professional signatures or boilerplates quickly in a few clicks. The editor also allows users to add links and various text formats to a signature or disclaimer. With the preview tool, users can review the templates after editing the source text.
Users can utilize existing templates and predefined placeholders to create all signatures and disclaimers individually and efficiently. Hornetsecurity enables users to set up different boilerplates for as many domains or groups as possible. Hornetsecurity uses Active Directory integration to synchronize data via LDAP and enhance user productivity when setting up an email signature or disclaimer. Manual maintenance is not required as individual data of a person or group updates automatically.
