What is Blueface Unified Communications?

Blueface is a communication management software designed to help businesses interact with internal and external stakeholders via phone calls and messages. The platform enables organizations to add and edit users, call strategies, phone lines, devices, and sites via a self-service portal.

Blueface allows enterprises to set up an interactive voice response (IVR) system to automatically respond to incoming calls using a virtual receptionist. Its built-in call flow designer includes a drag-and-drop interface, which lets administrators create custom rules to automatically route calls to available agents. Supervisors can also monitor call activities in real-time, upload on-hold music, and define office timings to manage call forwarding.

Blueface allows users to schedule and conduct video conferences, share screens, and view and update status using the integrated call management functionality. It also offers other features such as contacts directory, disaster recovery, call recording, extension dialing, call barring, reporting, fax to email, user permissions, remote working, and more.
