What is CentralPlanner?
CentralPlanner is an online reservation system that allows restaurants to easily manage their reservations digitally. It replaces the traditional paper reservation book.
CentralPlanner can be used as an internal reservation tool for the team or seamlessly integrated into the restaurant's online presence: guests can make reservations themselves online – directly via the restaurant's website or via social media.
This makes the booking process more convenient and reduces the workload for the restaurant team.
The clear user interface and intuitive functions ensure that CentralPlanner is easy to use and error-tolerant, even in hectic moments. With CentralPlanner, temporary staff can also get involved immediately. Accidentally deleted items can be easily restored.
With CentralPlanner, valuable guest data is no longer lost. Each reservation displays important information such as the number or name of guests. When registering reservations for regular customers, the phone number and other details are filled in automatically. Tables can be planned individually and blocked for the time block. The stored data can be used specifically, for example, to note personal preferences or to address guests with suitable offers.
