With the call flow builder functionality, administrators can utilize a visual interface to manage call movement across staff members, departments, cities, time zones, states, and buildings. It also lets supervisors configure call recording workflows to monitor employee performance across inbound numbers, extensions, and call queues.
Cloud Phone System's call waiting module allows employees to manage multiple callers, automatically hang up calls, and merge two calls to optimize overall call center operations. The Jet Hub Portal also lets customer service professionals track and listen to voicemails on a centralized platform.
