I recently had the pleasure of using EVA for organizing a corporate conference, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. This event management platform truly stands out in the crowded market for its user-friendly interface, robust features, and impeccable customer support. EVA's customer support team deserves special recognition. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to address our queries and concerns promptly. The live chat feature was particularly helpful during crunch times, providing instant assistance when needed.
The only con was that our key demographics and diversity questions were not turned on in the registration portion and caused us to have to do some extra things to get the information.

Excellent experience and would definitely recommend to colleagues in the industry who are interested in engaging members that can't attend for various reasons and expanding their membership base through virtual and hybrid education.
The ease it was to work with the EVA team to develop a high powered Hybrid Event Management Platform.
The amount of attendees that couldn't remember their passwords on the first day.

It seems customizable to our needs. Not too many graphics that may distract attendees.
Search function, calendar function - not useful to attendees
It was such a pleasure working with Srisucha on the project. Team EVA feels proud to be able to setup a 10,000 attendee Hybrid conference on the EVA Events Management Platform in less than two months. Great experience, looking forward to serve you again!

I have been very pleased with the response we received from our attendees about the ease of use and sleekness of the site.
The customer support is outstanding. They are very responsive and take care of your needs quickly. Love the ability to use this for all event types, in-person, virtual or hybrid!
Currently the mobile app is not their own so you work with Guidebook. It's not quite as seamless as I would love but it still worked well.

Having used EVA twice for our virtual conferences was an excellent experience. The price point for their services was far less than I would have expected for the level of service and quality of the event platform.
The EVA staff are exceptionally easy to work with. Very concerned about making sure everything performs as it should. They respond and take action quickly when there are any issues to be addressed.
The registration process was a bit "clunky" for the user. Many questions and not a smooth , intuitive process.

Thank you for providing a review of the EVA - Event Tech Hub. Along with utilizing a 2 day virtual conference using both our schedule builder and networking rooms, EVA also provided automated certificates to registrants who met the specified requirements. The platform has provided certifications for hundreds of members of the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease!

Excellent! Their customer service is unmatched. They're super responsive and friendly.
The software is user friendly and very easy to navigate.
I don't have anything a particularly dislike about the software. I actually still have a lot to learn about its capabilities
