The Attendance Tracking module features geo verified punch in and punch out capabilities, shift management tools, timesheet generation, attendance correction workflows and real time dashboard reporting. The Leave Management module supports configurable leave types, balance tracking, accrual policy administration, multi level approval workflows, holiday calendar integration and employee self service portal. The Payroll module handles salary structure configuration, payroll execution cycles, payslip generation, statutory compliance management for employees provident fund, employee state insurance and tax deducted at source requirements as well as multi jurisdictional tax regime support.

Implementation follows a three step process beginning with company profile configuration including organizational structure, departmental definitions, designation frameworks, leave policies and payroll settings through a guided setup wizard. The second phase involves employee data population through CSV import or manual entry to establish individual profiles, salary structures and role based access permissions. The final phase activates operational functionality for attendance tracking, payroll processing, leave management and comprehensive human resource administration through a unified dashboard interface.
