Hanzo overview
What is Hanzo?
Hanzo is a data discovery software designed to help ediscovery, legal, and compliance teams identify, collect, control, and preserve dynamic enterprise datasets. Administrators can capture and preserve data from teams' messages, collaboration and productivity application data, and other interactive web content and replicate it for investigation and review.
The solution enables businesses to store the collected data in a searchable, centralized repository and bookmark relevant information for future reference or to narrow a subset of data for export. Hanzo allows managers to cull and share various data sets with teams in legally defensible format using a unified interface. The SOC2 Type 2 certified platform also lets governance team leaders export data from Slack and Google Workspace to manage collaborative data for discovery and investigation purposes.
Hanzo helps users automate keyword-related monitoring processes, identify risks across social media activities and archive captured data in accordance with ISO 28500 and SEC 17a-4 WORM storage standards. Administrators can also configure access permissions among employees to manage compliance workflows.
