The toll fraud monitoring module in InQuery lets users detect various suspicious activities such as calls to restricted destinations, toll fraud intrusions, and security breaches, receive alerts for call threshold limit via email, fax or phone, and take preventive actions. Managers can also gain insights into long-distance and outbound traffic along with international and tandem calls via reports.
