What is PhonePad?

PhonePad is a phone call logging software that allows users to quickly log incoming and outgoing calls, take detailed notes, and maintain a complete history of phone interactions with clients. The software provides individual user inboxes for receiving messages, color coding and icons to identify message status, integrated searching to easily find messages, the ability to organize messages into folders, and automatic storage of client contact information in the address book. PhonePad also enables remote access so users can access phone messages from anywhere, real-time monitoring of company-wide phone activity, automatic workstation updating, and zero-configuration automated server discovery on the network. 60-Day Free Trial (no credit card required).
