Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

PhotoLedger overview
What is PhotoLedger?
PhotoLedger is an Android app designed for businesses that need structured photo documentation instead of unmanaged image files.
The app helps teams capture photos together with matching form data in one workflow, so every upload contains both images and the context required to understand and process them later. Forms can be defined freely depending on the project, department, or use case, which makes the app suitable for many different operational workflows.
PhotoLedger includes its own built-in camera, and only photos taken inside the app can be used. It does not access the user’s existing gallery or personal image library. This supports a more controlled, privacy-focused, and standardized capture process.
Before upload, photos can be reviewed and edited directly inside the app. Users can rotate, crop, exclude, and organize images, select a main image, and blur sensitive information for privacy protection. This can be used to hide visible details such as serial numbers, personal data, addresses, labels, or license plates. OCR can also be used to extract text from captured images and include that text in the structured result.
PhotoLedger supports dynamic forms with customizable field structures, allowing teams to adapt the capture process to each project or business need. Selected field values can also be burned directly into the image itself, which can be useful for visible proof, assignment, or reference data on the photo.
After capture, uploads can be sent to SFTP, Dropbox, or Google Drive. The app acts as a practical data collection tool that prepares information in a clean format for downstream processing. Depending on the workflow, the output can be used for scripts, AI-based processing, event triggers, archiving, or integration into existing business systems.
Settings and definitions can be exported, shared, and imported, making it easier to standardize workflows across multiple users, teams, or locations.
Typical use cases include audits, inspections, appraisals, reports, before-and-after documentation, experiments, construction and building documentation, warehouse and inventory workflows, shipping proof photos, and other business processes where photos need structured context.
