The application enables HR managers to track staff member’s history and create HR documents, handbooks, office policies, and job descriptions. Businesses can maintain current and historical wages, notes, pay rates, and increments. Using the benefits module, track eligibility, enrollment, and withdrawal dates. HR teams can calculate sick and personal leaves, view time accrued, and current balance. Documents can be maintained and identified using a name, category, or date.
Staff Files includes an incident module, which enables HR teams to monitor the disciplinary actions and add date, title, incident against each action. Supervisors can track employee evaluations, define categories, and add comments or ratings. Employee checklists and evaluation templates allow users to record and collect information. With its multi-level password system, administrators can customize security levels and restrict access to confidential data.
