What is CrowdComms?

CrowdComms is a web-based in-person, virtual and hybrid meeting platform, which helps businesses plan, promote, and organize events for remote and on-site attendees. The customizable application enables participants to access events via desktop and mobile devices.

The application’s live streaming feature allows event broadcast and display slides on-screen during the event. The audience can interact with exhibitors or sponsors and engage in events through Q&A sessions, activity feeds, or polling.

With voting and gamification features, event organizers can determine participants’ reactions and opinions and display the session’s progress in real-time using the leaderboard. Hosts can also livestream the entire event or specific segments such as keynote addresses or individual speaker sessions.

CrowdComms also allows users to share and view pre-recorded content, allowing attendees, as well as non-attendees, to review past event sessions. Participants can use the chat feature to connect with each other and exchange messages during the event. Businesses can also enhance networking opportunities within the audience by collecting complete profiles with images and relevant data, providing members with information about other participants.
