From there: send a branded PDF your client can accept and e-sign on their phone. Convert accepted quotes to invoices with one tap. Clients pay online via Stripe or PayPal with 0% platform fee. Scan receipts to track expenses per job. See real profit per project — revenue minus all costs — not just turnover.
VoxTrade is designed for solo tradespeople and small trade businesses (1-10 people) who visit sites and quote work. It replaces the evening admin of typing quotes at home with a 30-second voice recording on site.
