The application comes with a module which enables users to manage their firm’s telecom resources such as smartphones, tablets, cellular phones and pagers. A centralized portal lets managers consolidate telecom assets and resources and identify operational issues. Team members can view the device database to handle service inventory and procurement. The application includes a dispute, recovery and reconciliation tool to recover past overdue payments or billing errors.
WidePoint allows staff members to analyze voice, data and usage plans offered by carriers to optimize usage. The device management tool helps with policy enforcement, technology upgrades, device replacement and secure disposal.
