Like the channels, especially when they integrate well with Slack-channels. Very good resolution and quality of the videos.
I found it a bit intimidating to figure out where my messages would be going and keeping them unlisted. It's a bit unclear in the beginning.
I find it really useful because we are based all over the world and combining this tool with slack it's super helpful to ease our communications.

We appreciated that Yac focused on helping us get asynchronous conversations going in a straightforward way.
That is it sometimes hard to navigate the app.
When you over-talk something you tend to drain the recipient of the message so it's helped a ton with creating more impactful/intentional conversations with others. Super easy to set up and get-going.
The shareable link should be more accessible. Some of the icons is a bit hard to understand what does.
It's made it super easy to avoid meetings and over-speaking (I tend to do that). Being able to just record (or re-record) a concise message for the team is key.
I noticed with yac it's easy for me to explain my point of view to my teammates, and save time.
Very good experience, especially making Yac channels and Slack channels integrate.

It's nice being able to see where my whole team is at in terms of statuses on their projects at any given time, and it's also great that I can collaborate with my team regarding my own projects.
Because there are so many features, tabs, boards, polls, surveys, message boards... etc etc to look at, you can get a little lost in the system.
In addition, we have had a couple of different points on contact within Bonfyre & ALL of them have been incredibly helpful, friendly & collaborative.
At the time of using it, there are no new resources or different interaction formats.
The thing I like most about this software is the ease of use.
Getting set up and on boarding all employees was a bit difficult.
Easy to use and help the team to share best practices.
It is a wonderful way to stay in contact with other people within the organization.
I really enjoy how we are able to set up multiple "Bonfyre" communities to better communicate across our multiple studio locations.
Great for building culture and sharing information within a company.
I like that we can brand templates against Medtronic brand requirements & that Medtronic Administrators can essentially control the entire platform.
It's nice being able to see where my whole team is at in terms of statuses on their projects at any given time, and it's also great that I can collaborate with my team regarding my own projects.

Gives simple, but clear, reports on how many users (and who) have seen them. DeskAlerts themselves (the company) are friendly and very responsive to support requests and feature development.
Less calls to the help-desk - less stress for the users in case of some failure - capacity to inform people in emergency situations.
Good layout and capabilities. Delegation is possible to allw users to use the tool for their own purposes.
Only thing is that the company has had trouble moving to outside alerts for those outside the company but that hasn't been within my scope.
Easy to use to reach users to inform them about important information.
Deployement of agent was had but they enhanced the auto-deploy feature (not yet used) and self branding customisation remains limited even if the message content is fully customisable.
Easy to use to send alerts. API works great to automate with scripts or security systems.
DeskAlerts solve issues we had around notifying our staff of important issues and events. Previously we relied upon email which was often ignored or missed.
DeskAlerts is being actively developed and improved with new features and tweaks to existing ones.
The capacity to publish rapidly to all users or specific ones important messages about use of critical product like EMR Electronic Medical Record - or important general informations.
Easy and intuitive to send out mass (or targeted) communications to our users.
The alerts are very configurable and allow us to send fully branded messages at the click of a button (or two).
The software is easy to use and fairly intuitive to navigate around.
