It could be so much better, I'm confused at some design decisions. I'm hoping that it continues to improve. A big reason we chose Domotz was pricing compared to Auvik, that playing field is level now and Auvik has more and better integrations, so we may be inclined to make a change.

The interface is quick, easy and intuitive. The map it creates is pretty and the ability to drill down through the devices is great.

The GUI is great, and I really appreciate all the errors and misconfigurations Auvik can detect on first deployment. Setup is simple, and the live chat with support has been outstanding.

API enables integration with other platforms with ease, and the customer service is excellent. I can't recommend the product highly enough for the enthusiast/prosumer and for professional use.

I like the map, the ability to monitor only important devices, the ability to connect to remote devices without a server or firewall VPN.

The web interface and mobile app are nice and polished. The ability to create a direct link to a certain service e.g ssh or http(s) is my most used feature.

Basically, besides having an inventory of all my devices, and alerts when an important one goes down, I love the option to use the remote control I have over some of my remote devices.

If using SNMP PoE devices, you can power cycle the port on the switch via the web interface or app. It also has great recognition of well known devices and will group them if required.
