Incidents can be logged and managed within BCMS, and notifications or alerts can be automatically triggered to inform users of any detected incidents. Notification features include SMS, voice messaging, call conferencing, and action creation/tracking, and task lists can be compiled to ensure that all involved individuals are aware of the action plan. The BCMS platform offers both dynamic reporting and business impact analysis in order to gain insight into key products and services, the effects of incidents, KPIs, critical activities, risk analysis, and more.
