What is CloudEndure?
CloudEndure provides cloud migration and disaster recovery from any source to any target infrastructure, with continuous replication, automated machine conversion, and application stack orchestration. With the aim of protecting data in disaster situations and during live cloud migration with minimal disruption, CloudEndure provides continuous, asynchronous replication and keeps data in sync with lightweight compute and storage.
The disaster recovery features within CloudEndure prevent loss of data for users during a disaster by implementing the process of an initial sync, continuous replication, non-disruptive tests, failover, and failback. CloudEndure’s disaster recovery product uses the cloud, rather than duplicate compute and storage infrastructure within the target site.
Using continuous replication, testing and cutovers, CloudEndure’s live migration feature allows users to transform their data to, across, or within clouds with minimal performance disruption. Data can be migrated across any source infrastructure including physical, virtual, or cloud-based data centers, such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, OpenStack, and Microsoft Azure.
In every instance, CloudEndure operates in the background, and the continuous data protection (CDP) engine does not use snapshots or write data to the disk, in order to reduce disruption and downtime.
