LicenseSpring enables users to generate new license types, as well as configure existing ones based on multiple parameters, such as computer-locked, user-locked, and floating. The platform lets support teams automate renewals and purchases, edit key descriptions, and deactivate software trials. LicenseSpring allows administrators to create accounts, provide data access to users, and monitor session activities.
LicenseSpring integrates with third-party eCommerce platforms such as FastSpring, 2Checkout, WooCommerce, CleverBridge, and more. The platform lets employees receive real-time licensing entitlement updates via eCommerce notifications for various events such as first-time purchases or cancellations. Supervisors can create new orders, map licenses with order IDs after a transaction, and record buyer information for future reference through the dashboard.
