What is MSP360 RMM?
MSP360 RMM provides cloud-based remote monitoring and management for Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. Endpoint agents report to a centralized web console, where MSPs and IT teams can track CPU, memory, and disk usage, review device health, and configure custom alert profiles. Automation includes scheduled tasks, PowerShell and Bash scripting, bulk actions, and script-based responses to alerts. Administrators can manage operating system updates, deploy third-party software, and monitor network devices through SNMP v1, v2, and v3. Included MSP360 Managed Connect enables browser-based remote access to Windows and macOS devices. MSP360 Tickets supports manual tickets and automated ticket creation from RMM alerts. Native integrations connect the platform with ConnectWise PSA and HaloPSA. Paid plans provide read-only RMM API access for custom dashboards, inventory synchronization, and reporting. Role-based permissions and two-factor authentication help protect administrative access and management actions. Community Edition is free for MSPs managing up to 50 endpoints; API access and 24/7 technical support are available with paid plans.
