It was critical for recovery during a physical site disaster recovery event. Computers did not need to be individually managed for a new print subnet. This saved us days during the recovery for an already overworked team.

Printing Saas that sheds legacy weight

We have several issues in the past, but tech support really never fixed them. Even though, every year they charge us more for the same product.

PrinterLogic/Vasion Print takes a lot of end user consulting time out of the picture by automating the printer setup process. This frees up departmental as well as core consultants and engineers for more technical or enterprise oriented project work.  This is a very positive benefit to our technical teams and management.

Very useful product for centralizing and coordinating printer drivers

The overall experience has been great! It's simplified printer management and deployment, and made installation for users very easy and intuitive. Support has been excellent from the start.

This is a great product that makes it easy to set up and use your printers.  We've used several products and Vasion Print is the best we've had.

My overall experience with PrinterLogic has been very positive. The simple user interface and clean web portal make it extremely easy to manage printers. The integration with Active Directory and the ability to remotely push printer installations have streamlined our processes significantly. Adding printers for users, whether locally or remotely, has become incredibly efficient. While a bit more customization in advanced features would be helpful, PrinterLogic has overall been a reliable and effective solution.

Our overall experience has been great! The end users love how simple it is to access a new printer and the automation of pushing print queues to users based on OU's and groups has made our printing difficulties vanish.

Amazing Product and Support

It has been great since we first implemented it. We lease our printers so the physical printer issues are taken care by that vendor. With PrinterLogic and the ability for users to install any printer that they need, our support requests in IT have dwindled to nearly zero. The only thing we really do in IT at this time is to walk them through installing a printer through PrinterLogic if they are new employees.

Love Printer Logic. However, the learning curve to set it up and get it underway is a monster. Also, if your environment has a mix of physical and virtual desktops, there's more than one easy solution to the endpoint agent. The web browser plugin will give you the biggest fits. Be sure to keep everything current - plugin, browser, agent, etc.
