I like the ease of building, and the support received. The response time from the help desk is second to none.
It would be nice to have another table set up option.

It has been very easy to learn how to create forms in Greenlight Guru Clinical. The staff involved in training us were very helpful not only during organised training sessions but also via email where they were very quick to answer any questions we had. They have been key in making sure everything has been done efficiently when time is valuable.
It is very easy to design Electronic Case Report Forms using Greenlight Guru Clinical. The variety of question and answer types has made it very quick and efficient to tailor forms to how we want them to be presented. Other features such as adding validation rules are also very easily implemented making the process very straightforward.
Reminders for participants to complete forms are currently sent automatically, it would be ideal if reminders could be sent manually too.

System has not been working well. Problem to login and issues to open forms - connection is very bad. I received this message "something went wrong, please try again in few minutes" - all day long!
At the moment I am unhappy with this system.
The system worked well before the last update. Since 5 weeks the study personnel have problems with the system.

Overall I would say customer service support was very good and I was easily able to pull out important data. I would only say that during set-up, I would spend extra time to ensure all the forms are accurate and create individual forms
I enjoyed how user friendly the platform was and the ease of creating reports was an excellent feature
I did not like that forms were not individually created. This created a lot of issues for us in the long run, as when you want to edit a single form at a certain timepoint, it ends up changing all the timepoints that use this same form

My overall experience with Greenlight Guru Clinical is a positive one. Out of many data capture platforms I have used, it certainly ranks highly amongst the most efficient and effective.
The user-friendly nature of the platform makes training sites easier. From a CRA perspective, I have received less queries from sites regarding navigating the eCRF.
The lack of in-depth monitoring reports makes it difficult to generate detailed overview of data points.
