Fantastic! Since leaving TrueCommerce EDI and doing all EDI transacting with SPS we have seen a huge decrease in chargebacks related to compliance, and it has more than justified the increased cost of doing business with SPS.

I felt that onboarding and setup can be quite slow, especially when working with new partners.

Their support is slow, their error handling is misleading, they have monopolized certain companies so you HAVE to test with SPS though you use other EDI providers.

That said, what I don’t like is that it can be complex and not very intuitive at the beginning.

We use this software for incoming PO's, acknowledgements, shipments, and invoicing and customers all require just a little bit different format.  

They continued to invoice us and we continued to pay and they cut us off without notice, drag feet and give the runaround on turning us back on.
