It provides the missing features in Jira for test case management and execution. It allows integration with cards on Jira, and the API allows to register test automation execution evidence. It also allows importing and exporting test cases from spreadsheets.
I haven't missed anything inthis software until now.

its an amazing software to right test cases and easily execute them as well, Helps to create test cycles very easily and is easy to understand by the new employees . Have amazing Ui which is user friendly . It makes the work very fast and efficient .Makes the work fun to do because of its fast implementation.
The software sometimes crashes while working which leads to loss in work and wastage of time because we have to the work all over again .

It's a good tool, but way too much money for what you get. I recommend trying TestRail or another tool first. (Zephyr will cost around $15k a year for the company, but TestRail would have been $500 a year)
It's easy to use for someone without any experience. Reporting is easy and great.
Doesn't offer all the features that some of the cheaper test management tools such as TestRail. Test Cycles can be wonky when testing from JIRA. Biggest con is that you can't do individual licenses for Zephyr Scale making the product very expensive. If you install the plug-in into JIRA then you have to pay for a license for every JIRA user; which is insane when only a small part of JIRA users at most companies get use out of this too. (Zephyr will cost around $15k a year for the company, but TestRail would have been $500 a year)
