Their support is outstanding and probably one of the best vendors we work with. Microcall reports are very simple to use that it makes it easy to roll out to managers.
Let me begin by saying that after a mere 22 years of using this software, I think I can rightly criticize and not worry about being PC.
Easy to use, innovative technology that makes it easy to track and bill users. Customer service is the best in the business.
Microcall is a leader in the in the call accounting industry, and I can't think of anything I'm unhappy about with this product.
Ease of use and the amazing Tech Support when assistance is required.
Past the halfway point and have not even gotten to the (NEW) web-based dash board. Fire this goldfish up and start monitoring you phone traffic in real time.
Microcall's support staff is knowledgeable, friendly, always available and a pleasure to work with.
Service interrupts, check you email. Can't sleep at night, get this software.

I have only been with Arbella for 9 months. I had no support internally and MicroCall has provided me with all the training and support needed to support our company.

Customer support is too good, the VisualRF tool is best due to which I was able to know exactly where a client device is as well as what AP it is connected to.
I dislike that I don't have a blank checkbook. I think this should be the standard for all wireless enterprise platforms.
Excellent reporting tool that can be shared with management.
Not all Aruba branded products are fully compatible with the airwave, which means you can't utilise all features that it has to offer, which can be a bit frustrating.
The ability to view heat maps and view network statistics on a site by site basis is a great feature. Especially when your network consists of over 30 different sites.
Setup and be a bit confusing. Navigation has some shortcomings.
You can do just about everything your physical hardware is capable of doing with this software from the GUI menus, so it is quite powerful.
I am against the whole pay rent for license model that is pure company arbitrage that Aruba uses simply because it can.

All you have to is upload the firmware to your portal and then manage the device and hit upgrade. They make it extremely easy to use.

It's a great companion software for any tech support shop. It's great to have all that information on your users at your fingertips.
It's been almost a year and the developers aren't sure why it's not working.
USB storage management was very helpful and has saved us a lot of time overall as it's very easy to use.
Many features included in software were not applicable to us. Navigating through all the features to see what was applicable was confusing at first.
Moving to this system was great because now we can see at a glance what we have and how its all running and gives you the options to drill down and run reports.
It has some lag due to the Database response when have too much time unattended. Impossible to delete an registered PC client that don't belong to the organization anymore.
Support has been quick to help when I've needed. We originally kept all of assets in a spreadsheet.
A little difficult to deploy software packages.
I like the customization alerts on the product. It is not only easy to see the hardware that is on our network, but the software installed as well.
We love the product and it has made monitoring our network so much easier.

So far the best usage has been for termination process which helped us leverage couple of IT folks and help them in utilization of various other roles.
The lack of a search in your workflows can be painful. If you have over 50 - 100 workflows, scrolling through each page (that are sorted alphabetically) can be a bit time consuming.
It love how it syncs so quickly with GSuite (typically changes happen within 10-15 seconds instead of 30 minutes with MS.) It does provide a few extra features as well over GS like delegation.
This company has charged my credit card twice - the 2nd time was after I disputed the charge with American Express. I am now disputing the charge for a second time.
I personally experienced it. It is really amazing software.
Hell, my cheaper subscription services have cancellation components built into their apps, why can't this one.
I enjoy Bettercloud's ease of use and low barrier to entry. You can started with a handful of useful workflows almost immediately, and without much training.

Theres no way for you to know if the scheduled jobs are failing unless you do a manual check.
