File-Overview with Timeline

All processes are always stored file-related. With the file overview, we offer you the opportunity to record and manage all data for a file on a single page. Our main focus here is on enabling you to record the status of a file at one glance.

In the overview, our timeline shows you the course of your activities, as well as conversation and telephone notes. Important information, for example for later decisions, can be specifically highlighted.

With the help of our individually adaptable file areas (so-called "panel") you can display all other data on the file. The panels each allow direct access to different functional areas.

Data-System

Documents are stored in your personal cloud - accessible only to you and your employees. The cloud is set up automatically when the server is installed.

You can access your files directly from Windows Explorer and of course from anywhere with a web browser. Documents can be saved directly from e-mails or via the inbox in files.

E-Mail Messaging & Communication:

The jur|nodes server saves and processes all e-mails (IMAP, POP3, Microsoft Exchange) and beA messages for you in your local system. The only thing you have to do for email processing is to register your email addresses in the application... and of course write emails. However, we support you in the best possible way with our template system. In this way, file contents can be used automatically in correspondence.

Billing:

In jur|nodes you have the possibility to create standard, correction, advance and final invoices. You can bill files flexibly according to the RVG, according to remuneration agreements or according to a time allowance.

jur|nodes supports you here, for example by dynamically adding and calculating calculation points of the RVG. The amount in dispute can also be calculated automatically based on the current list of claims.

Calendar:

The integrated calendar and appointment reminders ensure that no appointments are being forgotten. The individual calendars in jur|nodes can also be seamlessly integrated into Microsoft Exchange, so that you can always have your calendar with you and adapt it.

Deadlines:

Our innovative Deadline-system enables you to completely dispense with an analogue deadline book.

Due to the possibility of daily export, as well as a "four-eyes principle" when postponing/deleting deadlines, deadlines can be managed in accordance with the chamber.

Tasks:
