Great case management system. If there have been any issues Leap Support is always on hand to quickly resolve the issue.I use Xero Accounting System alongside Leap which is a great feature.

The software has even gotten better since we signed up so I like that they are always looking to make improvements.

I have lost a lot of money and clients due to using Leap.

Some of its  funcitons do not work on some computers. I have 2 up to date high spec Laptops that Leap have tried  (but failed) get it to work properly on.

You will spend forever sending chat messages back and forth and nothing gets done. I have been attempting to get my billing out and I am having all sorts of problems.

The software is limited to only exporting 100 files at a time so if you have a decent client file then you need to ring and ask Leap if they can export. The answer is that they can but for $4,000.

Oh, their help desk people are completely incompetent. When I asked to be forwarded to someone to cancel, he hung up on me.

It did not integrate well with MS Outlook, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat. It had multiple glitches, and the LEAP software deactivated features I used in MS Office and Adobe.

I now primarily work with the accounting functions, which greatly helps me manage case costs, settlements, and trust accounts.
