Users can create reports, organize their data, and gain visibility into daily workflows, cases, or appointments from a personalized dashboard.
Matrix allows law agencies to store legal documents including notes, evidence, stakeholder data, and other information in an electronic case file, track the tasks assigned to staff members, and review court case summaries according to individual requirements. The client portal helps customers submit requests, monitor case progress, exchange critical notes, and review legal drafts. It lets users maintain a database of state and federal statutes, create documents to track legal charges, and schedule appointments in the Microsoft Outlook calendar through integration with Microsoft Exchange. Plus, advocates can view notes, create and assign tasks, attach multimedia to case files, and review legal information.
Matrix lets investigators sort information based on filters such as case, phone numbers, or other identifiers as well as utilize the full text search functionality to retrieve documents related to specific lawsuits. The reporting module lets prosecutors generate reports based on custom queries and download results in Microsoft Excel format.
