User Acquisition Analyst

I have used AppsFlyer for 8 years, it is a great product that has all the features required and I trust AppsFlyer's numbers.

It is our source of truth for marketing mobile games.

Business Development Manager

IDK if there is a feature for that which we just don't know about, because if it is - then it could save us a lot of time: checking each supply source separately in terms of quality, P360, and scale take a lot of time from our team.

Sr. Manager MarTech

It provides robust analytics and marketing attribution tools that are easy to navigate, making it simpler to understand user journeys and campaign performances.

Delivery driver

What I like most about apps flyer is that they connect all the school related events that are in my locale so I can see them all in one place

Reporting

The intuitive dashboard and customizable reports provide deep insights that help in making data-driven decisions.

The Pricing cost 0.07$ per conversion is way too much, especially since I am getting charged for CPE, where the primary purpose is to gather active users that provide engagement.

Analyst

Its not possible to export more than 30 days at once, so I need to create a new report from scratch without an option to change the dates.

Growth Marketing Manager

However, in order to leverage further details about the fraud reports, the premium solution was quite costly and would have costed us more than the amount saved by charging back the fraud conversions.

Associate Marketer

Apps flyer gives the real-time downloads and traffic which our app is getting as app store connect gives us delayed results.

The lack of on-call support can be challenging. With only email communication available, response times can be slow, causing delays in resolving issues.

Performance Marketing Manager

UI is intuitive and easy to use, comprehensively shows which channels and campaigns perform well, helps to prevent and identify fraud, seamless integration with publishers, amazing customer support.

I also like that they implemented the new feature that you can select multiple when holding down shift in the dashboard.

Senior Marketing Manager

You also can't share it with users who don't have AppsFlyer accounts, to be able to export it as a PDF would be helpful.

User Acquisition

It allows a thorough review of the results obtained and generates security in the data it collects.

QA Engineer

Customized Events can be implemented as well as real time tracking on the physical devices

The dashboard creation and reporting capabilities aren't particularly complex - I'd like to be able to manipulate data in a more advanced way.

Senior Manager

It also provides rich feature such as fraud detection and data locker.

User Acquisition Specialist

therefore, if i want to load a huge amount of data, appsflyer tend to be slower and start lagging. But overall, Appsflyer has a good UI design for user.

Senior Mobile Programmatic Media Buyer

Their technical support is lacking. Since they don't take money from agencies, they tend to belittle them and provide no good technical support. Until someone from their support responds, they're not professional enough, and it usually ends with me teaching them about AppsFlyer instead of them answering my questions...

Additionally, some advanced features require a higher-tier subscription, which might not be cost-effective for smaller businesses or startups.

Director of Account Management

Additionally, its user-friendly interface and robust integration options make it easy to implement and use across various platforms, significantly enhancing our marketing strategies.

Some features need to be purchased separately as an add-on (e.g. Protect360) - which on many competitors are provided for free.

What I liked least about AppsFlyer is the occasional complexity in setting up advanced features, which can be time-consuming and require a steep learning curve.

Social Acquisition

Allows me to view reports that help me optimize my app campaigns.

Digital Media Buyer

These resources not only help me navigate the platform, but also understand the broader mobile marketing landscape.

This level of protection has given us confidence in our data and helped us make more informed decisions about our marketing strategies.

AVP - BI

The dashboards doesn't provide access to even base numbers like conversion per session

Appsflyer can provide you access to various channels from where you are getting App downloads

Paid UA Manager

Being of the main MMPs in the market, the majority of advertising partners has experience working with AppsFlyer, which makes the setup very easy for most new campaigns.

Sometimes the results by apps flyer are not accurate specially when i run facebook ads the traffic source gives wrong information.

Associate Manager

Which allow us to track all users behaviour and further in-app events.

Clear UI: i can easily see and analyze data that important to our campaign performance.

Performance Marketing

The attribution model for Multitouch acquistion is very consistent and the impact on Paid Campaigns is positive.

It would have been slightly profitable for us if we were able to purchase a one time or one month premium P360, however the team was not flexible on this matter.

Ads Operations

Right now, I have to use multiple tools to get this kind of insight, which is less efficient and can lead to data discrepancies.

Growth Lead

Ease of partner integration & setup, dashboards & ability to create own dashboards for ease of reporting & attribution, easy to use UI.

Business Analyst

Can import/export raw data to check complete performance of any campaigns.

Manager, Performance Marketing

Helps us to track the complete sales funnel and drop offs.

i'm building iOS campaigns in a lot of source. after the skan overview i'can learly see the platforms CPA

communication with technical support is via email and sometimes it is not fast or timely, technical support tickets can easily get lost.

Publisher Relations Lead

the p360 algorithm is not clear enough and it seems lie when there are updates, the whole activity is affected.

The platform's reliable attribution capabilities have been integral in managing our app campaigns.

In terms of app marketing, channel-based attribution tracking is very consistent and reliable

Market Effectiveness Data Analyst

AppsFlyer has user friendly interface that is intuitive to monitor mobile marketing campaign performance

Another area where Appsflyer could level up is by incorporating market analysis features.

AppsFlyer is remarkably easy to set up and provides an excellent view of customer marketing attribution across major platforms like Meta and Google.
