Saves time. Easy to control and work as a team. Customazing the dashboard is very useful. Competitor monitoring is a great function. Analysing and reports are customazible hence very useful. Publishing simultaneously is a big plus.
Social inbox can be more robust. I would love to see a social CRM option.

HootSuite was one of the first social media management tools that I used. I was with the product for a few years to see new feature roll-outs, then some roll-backs as the software struggled with API changes on social media platforms. The price is affordable compared to other tools - I would recommend this if you want to do basic post scheduling on a budget. If you plan on having a team involved in editing and posting, and have a lot of social channels and streams to manage, I would recommend paying more for a more complex tool like Sprout Social, which is what I ended up switching to.

I've been using HootSuite for years and I keep discovering great features! I recently discovered the app connections in HootSuite with UpContent and Right Relevance and they have been essential when I am having a mental hiccup and don't know what to post.
I have found sometimes the numbers for engagement in the analytics section are a bit inflated. And the permission levels on the Enterprise team plan can get annoying.

If you have a business with social media accounts, then you absolutely need this! It allows you to create posts and schedule them weeks in advance! Everything is on a single dashboard making it super easy to manage every channel.
It is a paid web based software and if you have any issues with the software, their customer service is very slow!

I like that you are able to schedule posts to multiple social platforms. I also really like the auto schedule feature.
I wish that hootsuite gave me more analytics. I also wish it told me how it figures the best time to auto schedule.

None really come to mind. Service does what is advertised. There are many features allowing flexibility for businesses of all sizes.

It's a easy to use software with powerful social media tools to manage your social media presence. This tool help us to schedule our social media posts with multiple accounts and also generate reports to identify your growth.
I didn't face any major issues with the software but sometimes their might be a problem of accounts connectivity.

If you are looking for one product from which you can manage most of your social accounts at the same time, look no further than Hootsuite.
It's easy to use, user friendly and has a mobile app to make it convenient to make social updates while on the go.
Some of the API for some social networks are not perfect and make you go to the actual social network to make the post.

Hootsuite makes scheduling social media posts easy and streamline overall social media strategy.
The Free Version was enough for our small business. Easy to schedule posts on multiple accounts. Mobile app is easy to use and makes posting on the go simple. Link shortener and the ability to track analytics are helpful features. Multiple users can access accounts
Somewhat confusing dashboard. Video tutorials are helpful, but could be expanded to show different use examples.

It was easy to use and helped with stress.
I loved how I was able to plan a large number of posts in advance and schedule when they were going to be published. I am constantly on the go and timing in everything in social media. This program allows me to prepare in advance so I can pay attention to what I am doing in the present.
It does not have all the social media platforms .

I think Hootsuite is great for the basics of social media scheduling and it is also excellent with analytics, managing content, and social listening. I would say it is one of the best social media tools on the market.
They have really been around since the beginning and I can't think of too many cons that haven't been iterated and fixed. It used to look a little clunky in years past, but has really become more streamlined.

We manage multiple social media accounts so having a single dashboard is a life saver. Time is money they say, so when you are active on youtube, instagram, facebook, and twitter, hootsuite is a must have for any enterprise.
In our expansion to Asia, we require integration of the hottest social media apps in China. Right now, this is more of a U.S centric social media SAAS.

HootSuite is used for our daily social media page maintenance across different social media platforms.
The ability to post over several platforms from the software itself saves a lot of time for social media moderators. The automated report generation is a game-changer.
It would be better if the software caters more detailed/ guided tour of the software so that it makes it easier for beginners also to use it with less technical terms.

Overall, both myself and other members of the team have found using Zoho Social to be easier than another system we've used, Hootsuite. When it came to deploying the system, with Zoho Social, we were able to do it in 1 day, compared to Hootsuite, which took several days.
There are two things I like most about Zoho Social: 1) Easier to deploy than Hootsuite 2) More affordable than Hootsuite
Specifically when searching on Twitter, for a user tweet, finding the tweet takes little more work than it should.

Great to be able to post to 4 different platforms although didn't do it in bulk as image sizes need to be different for each.
Good functionality, ability to post on Instagram, clear and logical user interface
Had problems connecting Instagram - couldn't figure it out and had to return to Hootsuite

Zoho Social worked well for us since we were already using the rest of the Zoho platform. I'd definitely recommend it to any small to medium sized business

Zoho Social labored nicely for us due to the fact that we had been already the usage of the relaxation of the Zoho platform. I'd surely propose it to any small to medium sized enterprise

They weren't clear about their pricing structure and what was involved in the free version - I was suggesting it to customers and this info would have been good.
