Problems which I am solving using Zoho Social are as such:- 1) Post Scheduling and engaging with each users from one central place. 2) Managing multiple social media accounts from one central dashaboard of Zoho Social. 3) Reporting and analytics of the performance of social media is super amazing.
Most impactful features of Zoho Social are as such:- 1) Multip-account management from one place. 2) Automated scheduling. 3) Real-time analyics Zoho Social is very easy to use. Integrating Zoho Social with our existing business's social media account was easy.
Improvements which Zoho Social can make into their platforms are as such:- 1) Overall speed of the app at which it loads. 2) UI is little obsolete, they need to revamp it. Every aspect of Zoho Social was not difficult to use also the intergration was very easy with out existing business.

Zoho has a robust suite of inexpensive high powered programs. I have been searching for my social media management unicorn and have tried nearly everything on the market. Zoho Social offers a great value for the cost compared to other programs, is easy to use, including on the mobile app and I was able to receive 6 months free on their COVID 19 plan.
Zoho social was easy to implement and begin using. Love the SmartQ feature and it seems to interface with Instagram better than other programs.
Does not have automatic image resizing so photos have to be readjusted at times.

Social Media posts planning and scheduling
Using Zoho Social for work has been a wonderful experience for me. The convenience of being able to schedule all of my postings in a single location. The calendar view provides me with a comprehensive overview of everything I have planned. The ease with which we can post to the most important social platforms, the flexibility to schedule posts whenever we want, and the ability to modify individual posts on the move so that they are optimized for each platform are all things that we like.
I haven't been able to come up with a single thing that I don't enjoy about the application.

According to my perspective coming from the use of Zoho Social, I think it is a matter of time for this software to overcome itself. The incorporation of more companies of social networks is the immediate update that they must do, to compete with other companies that provide the same service.
Zoho Social is an attractive software with excellent programming features for the management of Social Networks. While it is a growing software, I must list certain positive characteristics: -It is a solid software that goes well with marketing management, exposing the brands with which we work at an acceptable level. -As well as other software with the same characteristics, social networks can be managed through a single panel, granting the user greater levels of supervision and observation of information. -It has a quite interesting predictability system. This feature is very common in the software of the Zoho company. -It has an excellent address shortener, programmed by the same company Zoho.
Despite the positive elements that I mentioned earlier, I must emphasize that you can only enter two social networks, greatly limiting the use of this software and staying behind in front of other social network managers.

It's intuitive, organized, and you can combined with the mobile app and always know what happened in yours RRSS, I valued a lot that can program my insta stories for a month and only publish when the reminder apear
It would be a great help if, in addition to programming the insta stories, they would publish themselves but so far it's not a problem for me to do so, only that it would be a good plus
