The Personality Analysis Of Social Networks Is Already Possible

    Reviewed 4 years ago

With IBM Whatson we build behavior patterns to improve our digital marketing. With IBM Watson we build and manage our AI at the enterprise level. Personality profiles based on data extracted from social networks such as twitter allows us to determine behaviors to improve our marketing.

    Pros

With a flexible and optimized information architecture, Whatson allows us to accelerate production and deployment based on AI. With Whatsaon we can create predictive models of customer behavior, with this we make more accurate predictions, we can automate the processes, and increase the user experience.

    Cons

Being a new technology, the new vocabulary is always complex, the semantics used by the reports must be optimized and adapted very well.

    Mid Tier Campaign Manager

    Reviewed 10 months ago

Overall, I think there are much easier content managers and marketing assistance tools that are easier to use and offer more features than Watson.

    Pros

It is easy to schedule and manage content delivery such as email campaigns based on the different subscriptions of the users of our courses.

    Cons

It is not easy to customize without having a bit of knowledge of HTML and the backend. I find this tool outdated and lacking in noteworthy features.

Great rate of delivery, not easy to customize. Html knowledge required

    Reviewed 2 years ago

We were using this software to send email campaigns to our massive database of users. We could customize and segment campaigns based on different subscriptions. It helped us to develop better email communications

    Pros

Great speed to send out email marketing campaigns to massive databases. Customer service is a must sometimes and superb deliverability. Customize sendings addid custom fields to emails

    Cons

Not easy to implement with old salesforce, it was a little bit outdated compared to mailchimp and similar software. No option to build responsive email templates with click and drag system. html and css needed to build responsive email templates.

    Best tool for CRM

    Reviewed 4 years ago

It is a great tool that I use daily for my campaigns. I can schedule my emails in advance which is great, but also afterwards see the heatmaps of my emails to see what went good and what was not clicked that much in order for me to improve it in future emails.

    Pros

The scheduling system because it has a quality check before scheduling which is very useful in case you used an experience in a wrong way.

    Cons

The customer service because more than once some of my emails were scheduled, but then not send because there was an error. I got a case notification via email of the customer team, but more than once they could not tell what exactly was going wrong and causing the error.

Capable and Easier Than Salesforce Marketing Cloud

    Reviewed 6 years ago
    Pros

Platform is well designed and intuitive making it easy for users of other systems to adapt to the IBM Watson Campaign Automation tool set. Planning and creating broadcast and automated campaigns can be mastered in no time. The data structures and functional operations work well.

    Cons

Some of the more advanced features require a learning curve, but once mastered they are quite reliable.
